1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Rhythm Fashion's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Rhythm Fashion offers ready-made and custom-made blouses for women. Product images are representative and may vary slightly in color due to screen settings. We strive to accurately represent our products but cannot guarantee exact color matching.
3. Custom Orders
Custom orders are made-to-measure based on the measurements and specifications you provide. We are not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Custom orders are non-refundable but eligible for free alteration within 7 days of delivery.
4. Consultation and Commissions
Rhythm Fashion operates on a bespoke basis. All projects are treated as individual commissions. We will provide a project estimate after a dedicated design consultation. We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking to secure your booking.
5. Logistics and Delivery
We offer white-glove delivery across India and international shipping for our global patrons. Standard delivery for ready-to-wear pieces takes 5-7 business days. Custom couture projects require 7-21 business days depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Ready-made items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn and with tags intact. Custom-made items are non-returnable but eligible for free alteration. Defective products will be replaced at no additional cost. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
7. Cancellation Policy
Ready-made orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Custom orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, after which fabric cutting begins. No cancellations are accepted once stitching has commenced.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Rhythm Fashion and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
